Common questions
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A new website usually takes 2–4 weeks from agreement to launch. A redesign or significant work might take 3–6 weeks. We'll agree on a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated along the way.
What if something breaks after launch?
If something goes wrong, get in touch straight away. For clients on a support plan, urgent issues (site down, contact form broken, email not working) are our top priority. We aim to respond within a few hours on weekdays and get things sorted quickly. You'll be kept informed throughout.
Can I change my support plan later?
Absolutely. Your needs change over time, and that's normal. You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your support plan whenever it makes sense. Just let us know what works for you.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
We'll work together to get it right. If something isn't meeting your expectations during the build, we'll discuss it and adjust. We want you to be genuinely happy with the result before we go live.
