What exactly is included in a monthly support plan?
Every plan covers the essentials: hosting, regular updates, security monitoring, and backups. Higher plans also include content changes, performance improvements, more hands-on support time, and help with things like new pages, UX improvements, or digital setup work.
Exactly what’s included at each level is set out clearly on the plans page, with no ambiguity, no hidden extras.
How quickly do you respond when something goes wrong?
For clients on a support plan, we aim to pick up urgent issues within a few hours during normal working hours. Routine questions are usually answered the same day or next working day.
You’re not raising a ticket with a faceless queue. You’re messaging a team who already know your setup and can get things sorted quickly.
Do I need to be based in Somerset to work with you?
Not at all. We’re based in Somerset, but we work with businesses across the UK. Almost all of it, including building, improving, and supporting websites and digital systems, is handled remotely over email, video, or phone. It works just as well wherever you are.
What if I already have a website?
That’s absolutely fine. We can improve, redesign, or support an existing website depending on what it needs. Whether it just needs a few fixes and ongoing care, a more significant redesign, or help getting the systems around it working properly. We’ll give you an honest assessment of where things stand and what we’d recommend.
Are there any long-term contracts?
Monthly support plans are rolling with no long-term commitment required. Larger redesign or relaunch projects may involve a minimum term, which is always explained upfront before anything is agreed.
We want you to stay because the work is good, not because you’re locked in.
How long does a new website take?
A typical small business website usually takes a few weeks from kickoff to going live. It depends on the size of the site, how much content is ready, and whether it’s a fresh build or a redesign. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start and keep you updated as things progress.
Can you redesign my current website?
Yes. Redesign can mean different things depending on what your site needs. It might be refreshing the look and layout, reworking the content and structure, or planning a fuller relaunch. The aim is always the same: a website that supports your business properly and gives people a strong first impression when they find you.
Can you help if I'm not sure what I need yet?
Yes, that’s completely normal. Some businesses know exactly what they need, others just know their current setup isn’t working hard enough for them. Either way, a quick chat is usually enough to work out the best next step.
